Quercus iIex 350-400cm, pot 90 ltr

Quercus ilex, the Holm Oak or Holly Oak is a evergreen oak native to the Mediterranean region but it has been grown in Britain since the 1500’s. It takes its name from holm, an ancient name for holly.

Demands: Tolerant of most conditions. Must be well drained soil

Foliage: Leathery, dark green, evergreen leaves with a whitish underside

Bark: Grey bark, smooth when young and becoming fissured with age.
